Sometimes it is as easy as making the decision. Peter Tonagh shares a story of a startup CEO who opted to keep roles vacant until he found the right female to keep their team balanced. This was just the beginning. Today Peter is a non-executive Chairman of ASX-listed companies, Deputy Chairman of the ABC and Chairman of Bus Stop Films - a not for profit organisation supporting inclusion in the film and television industry.
