David & I discuss the main reason some leaders never reach their full potential, what the fundamentals of great leadership are and how you build a culture of inclusivity that values and celebrates the whole person coming to work. There is a real theme of courage and stepping out and not expecting things to be perfect. David also shares the times he needed to seek help and not do it alone. We also discuss why he felt he should step down from the Male Champions of Change.
